Finally I made some time to upload my pictures from New York! We had such an awesome time! We stayed at the Aloft Harlem off 125th street. I would most definitely stay there again. It was so cute and a good location to bat. So a weekend of adventures start now. Warning: Picture Overload!

We went on a party boat the first night we were there. The night Sky was so beautiful and of course we sailed past Lady Liberty.

The Brooklyn Flea was a highlight of the trip! I was so overwhelmed with excitement at the prospect of what I'd find. Although I had an awesome time looking around I didn't buy much. To be honest, the prices were a tad bit steeper than what I'm used to. Worth every penny I'm sure but I had to be conservative for the IMATS the next day right!

Erica was pretty excited too!!

This lady STOLE MY HEART! What a perfect outfit. Tee, skinnies, boots, and sequins. My kinda fit.

I met this lovely lady at Brooklyn Flea and was mesmerized by her printed look. I mean come on who can mix two different polka dot prints and so well! Turns out that she owns a Vintage Store in Greensboro, NC (my hometown) called Design Archives Vintage. Even her sunnies and earrings are on point. Make sure to check out the store! I'll definitely be dropping in next time I go home!

The buildings and stoops have so much character in New York. If I were to ever move there I would have to stay in BROOKKLYNNN!

Going to the IMATS was one of my bucket list items. I'm happy I got to go and I loved every minute of it (except the long crazy lines) but I think I'm good on the show now.

I met Queen of Blending!!!! Purchased some Inglot items (amongst many others). And looked at some cool makeup artwork.

Umm, how gorgeous is he??

My boo Shahidah chilling! Hey make sure you check out her new and improved blog!

I think I heading back to New York in September. I was sooo tired when I got back to the A I needed some time to recoup. My legs literally ached for days cause I wasn't used to all the walking. And walking fast at that. I mean I collapsed out of my hotel bed on Sunday morning. And nooooo I didn't wear these boots long! Well maybe about 4 hours but then I changed into flats. Yall NY bloggers got me fooled, lol! I'll know next time how to pack for sure. Can't wait to go back!!!
